The setup underneath it
You haven't missed a secret. You were trying to get useful work out of a blank tool that knew nothing about your business. So we start by setting AI up around yours: what it needs to know about how your business works, what it should and shouldn't touch, and how your business should sound. That means less generic output and less correcting the same things.
You'll also feel much more confident using it
When AI comes up in conversation, you'll understand enough to follow it without feeling you need a new language. And when the next repetitive job shows up, you'll know how to decide whether AI can take some of it on.

The admin still happens at 11pm and at weekends.
None of it is the work you started the business to do, and all of it lands on you, because there isn't anybody else.
You've been told to use AI for this. You tried it, asked it something real about your business, and got a woolly answer back. So, you left it there and wondered whether you'd missed something everyone else understood.
How the six weeks run
We start with the foundations: what goes into AI, what it needs to know about your business, and how your business sounds.
Then we build on your real work. You do it in the session with me there, rather than watching a demonstration and trying to recreate it afterwards.
Between sessions, you use what we've built on work you were doing anyway. We improve anything that isn't quite right the following week, and I'll tell you when something isn't worth handing over to AI. Some jobs are better left alone.

- Reusable instructions for recurring jobs, so you don't explain them from scratch each time.

You don't need to be technical. If you can attach a file to an email, you can do everything in this programme. The setup call before we start gets your laptop ready, and after that the material we work on is the admin you already have. It's 90 minutes a week with me, and between sessions you use what we've built on work you were going to do anyway.

- You want it done for you. We'll build this together, so you know how to keep using it when the programme finishes.
- You want a bespoke app or custom system built. We'll set up practical AI-assisted workflows and scheduled tasks where they make sense, but this isn't a software development programme.

I co-founded rascal Systems, a tech and data business serving the UK's biggest grocers, and spent more than 20 years as its Tech Director. I grew it to 53 people and built a 40-strong tech team, and I still sit on the Board.

FAQ
Is it safe to put my client work into AI?
We start here, in week one. We go through the settings that affect how your information is handled, and you decide what should and shouldn't go into AI in your business. You'll also leave with draft AI transparency wording to adapt. That's practical setup guidance and templates, rather than legal advice.
Will everyone else on the programme see my client or business information?
No. You work on your real admin, but you never need to share sensitive client or business information with the room, and what's discussed in the group stays in the group.
I'm not technical, and everyone else seems miles ahead.
You don't need to be, and you're less behind than the noise makes you feel. Earlier this year I was exactly where you are, wondering why I could ask AI a perfectly sensible question and get rubbish back. Two decades in tech didn't help with that. Setting it up properly did, and that's where we start.
Do I need to pay for an AI tool on top?
Yes. You'll need your own Claude Pro account and the Claude desktop app. That's separate from the programme fee.
I use ChatGPT. Will this still work?
The programme is built in Claude, because that's what runs my business and what I can support you properly on. I'll help you move your business context and anything useful from your ChatGPT history across. The context, writing rules and reusable instructions we build are yours, and if you decide Claude isn't for you later they can be adapted to another tool.
