The Admin Handover
Hand over the work that costs you time. Focus on the work that makes you money.
Four weeks to get your recurring admin off your plate, regain control of your week, and free yourself up for work that actually grows your business.
For founders still doing the meeting notes, follow-ups, proposals, research and content themselves.
Built on your real work, live with me. You leave with real jobs handed over and working.
Founding cohort: £245 + VAT if booked by 2 September.
£295 + VAT after that, if places remain.
10 places. Future cohorts will be priced higher.
What you'll be able to do by the end
Hours of your week back, from admin you were doing yourself
For example:
- A photo of your notebook becomes a written-up meeting and clear action list. The same works with a transcript, typed notes or wherever you happen to keep them.
- Client emails drafted, so what's left for you is the judgement and the bit that matters.
- Newsletters read and summarised, so you don't open your inbox with dread.
- An enquiry in, a proposal drafted from the pricing and rules you've already decided, ready for you to check and send.
- A month of content planned in your voice, so the posts you meant to write get written.
And beyond the admin:
- Follow the conversation when AI comes up, because the jargon got translated in week one.
- Understand what AI remembers, what it forgets, and where each of those happens. Then stop re-explaining your business every single time you open it.
- Ask questions about your business and get useful answers, because it knows what you sell, who you sell it to and how you work.
The problem
The admin still happens at 11pm and at weekends.
The call you had on Tuesday, still not written up. The proposal you rebuild from scratch every time because you can never find the last one. The follow-up email that you've drafted in your head six times and not sent. The enquiry sitting there while you work out what to quote. The content you meant to write.
None of it is the work you started the business to do, and all of it lands on you, because there isn't anybody else.
You've been told to use AI for this. You tried it, asked it something real about your business, and got a woolly answer back. So, you left it there and wondered whether you'd missed something everyone else understood.
You haven't missed a secret. You were trying to get useful work out of a blank tool that knew nothing about your business.
Yes, it's one more thing to master when you're already wearing every hat. That's why the main work happens live with me, on your own business, rather than in hours of lessons you have to find time to apply afterwards.
What we build together
- Your working rules for what goes into AI and what doesn't
- The context that teaches it who you are and how your business works
- Your voice and writing rules
- Reusable instructions for the admin you do repeatedly, saved as Claude Skills so you don't have to explain the job again every time
- Scheduled tasks where automation makes sense
By the end, you'll have an AI setup built around your business, real work we've set up together, and a way of working you understand well enough to keep adapting yourself.
How the programme works
- A 30-minute setup session before we start.
- Four live Wednesday sessions at 11am, one hour each, starting Wednesday 16th September.
- An optional 30 minutes after every session for Q&A.
- A one-hour follow-up after you've had a couple of weeks to run it on your own.
- Recordings of the sessions, available to the cohort for a year.
- The handouts: the secure working checklist, setup prompts, the jargon buster and the prompt checklist.
- The Claude Skills we build are downloadable and yours to keep. They're based on the same reusable setups I use in my own business, adapted around yours.
What we build will depend on the work people bring into the room. We'll stay within the programme, but I'll adapt the examples and material around the real jobs the group needs to hand over.
Who it's for
Founders trapped doing everything themselves.
You don't need to be technical. You need an hour for each live session, plus time between sessions to run it on your own admin. That is the homework: your actual work, done faster.
It's not for you if:
- You want it done for you. You'll be doing this with your own hands, on your own machine so you know what to do when the programme finishes.
- You want a bespoke app or custom system built. We'll set up practical AI-assisted workflows and scheduled tasks where they make sense, but this isn't a software development programme.
- You want it to run your business. You'll still be the one who decides and sends.
- You've grown past the point where this is really about your own admin. If the bigger problem is technology decisions, my retained tech leadership work is the better fit.
Why me
For 23 years I co-founded and ran rascal Systems, a tech and data business serving all the major UK grocers. I grew it from nothing to 53 people, led a 40-person IT function despite not being technical myself, and I still sit on the board today.
Then I started CSITEX and suddenly every scrap of admin landed back on me. Meeting notes, proposals, research, content, follow-ups. All the stuff I'd had teams around me to deal with for years.
I assumed two decades in tech would make the AI bit easy, but it didn't.
I spent weeks getting the setup, context, and reusable instructions into a state where it actually helped instead of giving me generic rubbish. I remember which bits sent me round in circles because they weren't very long ago.
Now I use the setup I'm teaching here in my own business, for meeting notes, research, proposals, content and the recurring admin I used to do myself.
Price
Early founding rate: £245 + VAT until 2 September.
£295 + VAT after that, if places remain.
Future cohorts will be priced higher.
I'm keeping the first room to 10 because I want to see what people get stuck on and shape the programme around real businesses, not teach into the void.
No-risk guarantee
Attend the first session. If it isn't for you, tell me before session two and I'll refund you in full.
FAQ
Is it safe to put my client work into AI?
We start here in week one. We'll go through the settings that affect how your information is handled, and you'll decide what should and shouldn't go into AI in your business.
I'll also give you draft AI transparency and privacy wording to adapt for your own business. That's practical setup guidance and templates, rather than legal advice.
Will everyone else on the programme see my client or business information?
You'll work on your real admin, but you won't need to share sensitive client or business information with the room. Recordings are only available to the people in your cohort.
I'm not technical. Will I keep up?
You don't need to be. If you can attach a file to an email, you can do everything in this programme.
Everyone else seems miles ahead. Am I too late?
No. Earlier this year I was exactly where you are, wondering why I could ask AI a perfectly sensible question and get rubbish back. You don't need to have been using it for years to start getting useful work out of it.
Do I need to pay for an AI tool on top?
You'll need your own Claude Pro account, yes. Currently £15 a month.
I use ChatGPT. Will this still work?
The programme is built in Claude, because that's what runs my business and it's what I can support you properly on. If you've never used it, this is a good reason to try it. I'll help you move your business context and any relevant material from your ChatGPT history across. If you decide Claude isn't for you later, the business context, writing rules and reusable instructions we create are yours and can be adapted to another tool.
What if I miss a session?
Everything's recorded and available for you for the next year to catch up.
Will everything it writes sound like AI?
Definitely not. Getting rid of generic AI is what we'll focus on.
What will actually run automatically?
Preparation work. Things like summaries, research, reminders, draft notes, checklists and first-pass content can run on a schedule where that makes sense. Anything client-facing still comes back to you. You decide, approve and send.
What happens after the four weeks?
You run it on your own for a couple of weeks, then we regroup for an hour to fix what's drifted and decide what you take on next.
Four weeks to get the admin you choose running through a setup built around your business.
Founding cohort: £245 + VAT until 2 September, then £295 + VAT if places remain. Future cohorts will cost more.
